of Food:
Chef David Britton is extremely involved in the local farm to
restaurant program and bases his daily changing menu on what is
available from local farms. Trained in French classic technique,
Chef Britton expertly blends classic and modern culinary techniques
with his strong French foundation, resulting in a creative and unique
American regional style.

Setting: Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at our full-service
bar or a fine glass of wine in front of our cozy fireplace. Our
dinning room offers casual ambiance with an upscale mood. Choose
an intimate booth or traditional table for your dinning experience.
